Hi. Hey. Hello.

I think this is the part where I'm supposed to impress you with all the fancy letters after my name or dazzle you with my clinical knowledge...but that's just not how I roll. Above all else, I want you to know this about me: I'm passionate about living a life that is rooted in peace & helping others learn to do the same. I believe that we could all benefit from a few deep breaths, an opportunity to cultivate a renewed mindset, and an outlet in which to untangle all of life's messy moments in a nonjudgmental environment. I'm passionate about premarital counseling and working with clients in need of post-divorce, fostering/adopting/infertility, postpartum, anxiety, and self-image support. Additionally, I have worked with adolescents and young adults for over 10 years in various capacities of ministry and educational support counseling.
